Mixed Doubles Ltd was formed over 15 years ago by Peter Rason to realise a long held wish to set up a project for providing a mobile disco service to Essex and surrounding areas. During that time the business has evolved and now Mixed Doubles provides a high standard disco together with a professional light show which is tailored to each individual event. Sound and light hire is also available together with instructions on use of the equipment.
Whilst providing anything from a house disco to a full event size show we have managed to keep the company small to retain that individual care and attention which is so essential when planning any special event.
Peter personally takes the bookings and DJs each event himself. In the event that he is not available then another professionally registered DJ can be provided but you would always be informed if this was the case. The company takes great pride in always liasing with the customer throughout the time scale of the booking. It is always best to book as far in advance as you possibly can. (9 to 12 months is the normal recommended time).
Mixed Doubles are one of the few discos to openly offer you the opportunity to come along and see the disco working at a live event (at one of our Friday events). As professionals we always strive to provide the best possible service at all times. If required we will come and visit you with our portfolio of satisfied clients, with photos of the disco. We will always be open and honest in our discussions.
Mixed Doubles are recommended by the following venues: Chigwell Hall in Essex, The County Hotel in Woodford, The Raglan Hotel in Muswell Hill. Over the past few years we have had contracts with The Ramada Hotel in Hyde Park, The BBC, and Hylands House in Chelmsford . We have also played at many venues across the Essex and Hertfordshire counties including The Prince Regent Hotel, Ware Priory, Manor of Groves and Woolston Manor. Our farthest booking has taken us to Manchester so distance is no object.
Mixed Doubles Ltd always confirm the booking with a contract and a deposit is required to secure the date.
